You can be snorkeling in the Tobago Cays in less than 30-minutes, whilst Mustique, Petit St. Vincent, Mayreau and Mopion are all accessible on full-day trips. Excursions are provided on Palm Island’s own boats, ‘Pink Lady’ and ‘Ginger’, or aboard charter vessels operated by Captain Bagga and Captain Yannis. There is also the opportunity to sail aboard ‘Scaramouche’ a 60 ft. schooner that featured in Disney’s ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ movie. Please see below for a selection of excursions offered by Palm Island:-Tobago Cays Snorkel Trip -Travel on the power boat ‘Ginger’ to the world famous Tobago Cays and enjoy the unsurpassed snorkeling. Shore lunch, beverages and a tour of the Cays are included. Depart: 10:30 a.m. Return: 2:30 p.m. ‘Pink Lady’ Sailing Trips - Enjoy your day on our hand crafted 37’ wooden sailing sloop. The Captain and crew will take you to the Tobago Cays for snorkeling and a sailing tour of the area. Lunch is provide and all beverages on board. Day trip to PSV – Palm Island resort can also offer a day trip and lunch on Petit St. Vincent. ‘Pink Lady’ departs at 10:00 a.m .and sails to PSV for snorkelling and lunch. Depart at 3 p.m. and return via Mopion, the smallest island you’ve ever seen. Champagne Sunset Cruise is a romantic cruise aboard ‘Pink Lady’. Sip champagne and watch the sun slip below the horizon. On cloudless evenings look for the ‘Green Flash’ as the sun meets the water - it’s a rare sight! Depart one hour before sunset and return during the twilight hour! Fisherman’s Choice - the water sports crew will be happy to take you aboard ‘Ginger’ for drift fishing or trolling. Learn to fish the Grenadines way. Guaranteed catch? Alas no, but should you get lucky, our Chef will happily cook your trophy for you! Departure times vary. Captain Bagga’s Day Trips are on a shared charter. Sail, swim and snorkel throughout the Grenadines (either Mayreau and the Cays or Mopion and PSV), aboard the 42’ catamaran, ‘Bird Island’. Buffet lunch and all beverages included. Depart: 10 a.m. Return: 4:30 p.m. Captain Yannis’s Private Day Charter takes you sailing around the islands aboard this catamaran - see the Tobago Cays, Mayreau, Mopion and PSV. Leave at 9 a.m. and return at 4 p.m. Private Charter Boat for the Day sails to the islands. See Mayreau, Canouan, PSV, Tobago Cays and Mopian and enjoy a picnic lunch and drinks. All trips should be arranged with Reception. Trips are subject to postponement or cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
